HVOF coatings for valve balls, gates and stems

Valve trim in abrasive, erosive or high-cycle service wears fast. HVOF carbide gives balls, gates and stems a dense, hard surface that holds a seal longer. We coat new and repaired trim for valve manufacturers and valve repair shops, then grind and polish to a sealing finish.

Do you coat valve trim for production or repair?

Both. We coat valve components for a Gulf Coast valve manufacturer today, as well as repair work.

Can you strip and recoat worn balls?

Yes. We strip, recoat and regrind worn trim to size.
